Our very own 355,000 sq. ft. Centre 10 office building took home the Buildings Award at the 2015 Awards of Excellence in Concrete this June.

 

Never one to shy away from a challenge, our tenacious team at Centron rose to the occasion with this project, using cast-in-place concrete for the major building structure. The excellent use of concrete set the foundation for a building now utilized and enjoyed by numerous tenants, including the National Energy Board. Nearly fully leased, there remains only just over 8,000 sq. ft. of available office space – ready for your custom new fitout and finishes, and a mere 5,522 sq. ft. of prominent main floor retail/restaurant space at Centre 10.
