Centre 10's Construction Status Signals To Market That We Are Nearly Ready!!

With curtain wall framing complete and the cranes starting to come down, we quickly near the final phases of our building shell construction - a strong signal to market that we are nearly ready!!

Roofing and patio details, including our second floor patio are underway ~ just in time for Calgary's summer months.

The number of office lease inquiries and tours for the limited remaining space has significantly increased, and there have been some very positive gains by select tenants.

Centre 10 is substantially leased with leases in place with Mawer Investment Management Ltd, SAS Canada, and Journey Energy Inc. who join our first tenant National Energy Board.

The retail premises on the main floor have garnered a good amount of interested retailers, with opportunities for two full service restaurants at either end of the building.
