Place 10's Christmas Tree

Centrally located at the heart of Calgary's future, at 10th Ave and 4th Street SW, not unlike the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, our 200 Ft freestanding crane was recently erected for the exciting next steps of construction of our Premium Office Development ~ Place 10. 

Decorated with holiday lights, an the Centron brand, sits our "Christmas tree" which will act as a gathering place for 400 or more contractors and employees. Over 42,000 vehicles per day will drive by the site and even more Calgarians on foot will see this project beacon which signifies Centron's commitment to our city's growth, opportunity and vibrancy.

Already excavated down to the footing level, with the parkade starting to take shape in the New Year, Place 10 will soon be the epicenter of Calgary, offering 600,000 SqFt of Office space and approximately 20,000 SqFt of main floor retail opportunities.
